SIERRA GONZALEZ
CHEER COACH

As a seasoned performer, Sierra has honed her skills in dancing and cheerleading over the past 11 years, achieving notable success such as winning a high school valley championship. Sierra has since progressed to coaching at both high school and middle school levels, while continuing to excel as a competitive dancer at the elite level, competing against teams from around the world. Sierra’s passion lies in sharing the joy of this sport with those who may not have experienced it before and helping students to achieve their goals in skill and performance. Ultimately, she aspires to teach and inspire others to love and appreciate the art of dance and cheer.

CURTIS TUCKER
Chef

With a degree in culinary arts and over a decade of experience working under talented chefs from around the country, Curtis has honed his skills in the kitchen. The moment he was struck by the limitless combinations of flavors that could be created through cooking, Chef Tucker fell head over heels for the craft. His goal is to pass on that same level of passion to future generations of chefs and home cooks alike.

ANDREW CASTRO
Music Producer

Having spent more than a decade as a music producer, Andrew has mastered his craft while working with nationally renowned artists like Offset, Quavo, Travis Scott, among others. This has garnered him recognition over the years and has been bestowed with several Billboard awards for his contributions to the industry. Given the considerable influence that social media and content creation have on today’s younger generation, he believes in embracing these trends and using them to drive creativity. By drawing inspiration from various genres such as Pop, Rap, Rock, RnB, EDM, and beyond, Andrew’s goal is to impart knowledge and inspire aspiring musicians to pursue music as a career in a fun and innovative manner.

RICARDO GUEVARA

Born and raised in Mexico, Ricardo immigrated to the United States at the age of 14 with the hope for a better future. Despite the challenges of adjusting to a new culture and learning a new language, Ricardo never lost sight of his goal. He worked tirelessly to learn English and eventually earned a full ride scholarship that helped him earn his Bachelor’s degree. Through that same commitment and determination, he eventually earned another full ride scholarship that led to his Master’s degree.

Knowing the trials he had to endure to get to this point, Ricardo decided to commit to help others like him and, in 2015, he founded Guevara Arts and Leadership. The company is a reflection of Ricardo’s passion for empowering others to achieve their dreams. Through Guevara Arts and Leadership, he uses his own experiences and background as an example to help others overcome obstacles and achieve success. Ricardo is committed to making a positive impact in people’s lives, and he has dedicated himself to helping others grow and succeed.
